As Vice President of Finance for the Fertility Specialists Network, Matthew Macey brings over a decade of financial leadership experience with a strong foundation in mergers, acquisitions, and value creation. Prior to joining FSN, Matt served as Director in PwC’s Deals Practice, where he led multidisciplinary teams through complex transactions, advising private equity clients in the healthcare sector with a particular focus on health services.

Matt's expertise spans financial and operational diligence, auditing, and the translation of regulatory and reimbursement nuances into actionable financial strategies. He has successfully managed integrations of large-scale acquisitions, including realizing over $700 million in synergies during a $17 billion transaction for a Fortune 500 company. His leadership extends to digital transformation efforts, having spearheaded PwC’s internal upskilling initiatives in financial technologies like Alteryx, PowerQuery, and PowerPivot.

A strong advocate for accessible, evidence-based fertility care, Matt is passionate about using data and financial strategy to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. At FSN, he works cross-functionally with clinical and operational leaders to ensure sustainable growth while reinforcing the organization’s mission to make advanced reproductive care available to more families.

Matt earned his degrees in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University and holds a CPA license. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching youth lacrosse, and relaxing at the Jersey shore.
